Our Incline Village resort is located less than 45 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and is ideally situated close to all seasonal activities such as relaxing on our private beach, exploring summer trailheads or hitting the snowboard and ski slopes in winter.
North Lake Tahoe Express runs shuttle service to and from the Hyatt and Reno/Tahoe Airport. For reservations and additional information on Lake Tahoe shuttle transportation, view their website.

Shuttle service around Incline Village is included in your resort fee.
All parking is outdoor. Nothing larger than a full-size van can be accommodated. Valet features five charging stations for electronic vehicles (three Tesla-specific) and is available for our resort guests on a complimentary basis though our valet services.
Winter Season and Snow Chain Service: The valet department provides chain service for our guests. Guests will pay for the service at the front desk, then take their receipt to the valet. Please allow two hours for service during heavy snow periods.
We offer a complimentary shuttle service to and around Incline Village as available. In the winter, complimentary Resort Ski Shuttles are available daily to and from Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
The best way to get around and experience Lake Tahoe and its activities is to rent a car during your visit. While North Lake Tahoe transportation options include plenty of shuttles and taxis, we also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and around Incline Village as available.
Local Car Rental (530) 550-9191 - Drop-off and pick-up services available. The local car rental will drop-off your rental car right here at the Hyatt, and you can return your keys to the concierge desk when it’s time to return – we’ll handle the details.
Taxis and app-base ride services are available from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Availability can vary depending on time of day, as well as road and weather conditions during the winter.
The Tahoe Area Rapid Transit runs on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe with a stop right in front of the resort, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This local bus runs from Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe to the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, along Highway 28.
