Tahoe East Shore Trail

This 3-mile paved trail system connects Incline Village North to Sand Harbor State Park—one of the four Lake Tahoe Nevada State Parks. Offering spectacular views of crystal blue Lake Tahoe, this trail is perfect for a leisurely ride along with an e-bike or a longer stroll with friends and family. To access this location, begin at Tunnel Creek Trail head.

Lakeside Cabana Rentals

Resort guests can enjoy lakeside lounging in the shade of our lakeside cabana rentals. Each cabana can accommodate up to 6 guests (excluding children 5 and under). Click below to learn more.

Lake Tahoe Luxury Boat Rentals

Our resort is excited to partner with the Lake Tahoe Luxury Boat Rental for the 2023 summer season. Offering both chartered and non-chartered boat rentals for Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe overnight guests. Explore more through the link below. Big Blue Bike Rentals at Hyatt Sport Shop

Located adjacent to the lobby. Big Blue Bike Rentals feature a brand new fleet of Beyond bicycles including hybrid, electric, and mountain bike rentals. They also stock a variety of kids equipment (tag-alongs, trailers, child seats, and 20 & 24” kids bikes.) The new East Shore Bike Trail is a spectacular three-mile paved bike and multi-use path that wraps around our curve of the lake. Riders can cycle the ample bike path for 3.5 miles towards Sand Harbor. Enjoy stops at Hidden Beach or Memorial Beach along the way and checkout the incredible vistas from Memorial Point. On the way back, visit the opulent curb appeal of the homes on tree- lined Lakeshore Drive. Offering both hourly and full day rentals. All rentals include helmet, bike lock, map & map holder, handlebar bag, and rear rack to put bags and jackets! Open daily from 8:30am-6:00pm.

Glider Rides at Soar Truckee

For an unique experience, fly as silently as an eagle high above the Sierra Nevada mountains. Their professional certified glider pilot will introduce you to the joys of soaring. After being towed into the air, your pilot will release from the tow plane and your glider will silently ride the rising currents of air for which Truckee is world famous.

Heavenly Gondola

Soar into the sky when you ride the Heavenly Gondola and see the lake stretching out beneath you on this spectacular ride into the clouds. A state-of-the-art, eight-passenger cabin carries guests from a starting elevation of 6,360 feet to over 9,100 feet up to the mountain peak.

M.S. Dixie out of Zephyr Cove

With choices ranging from a Daytime Scenic Cruise to a Sunset Dinner Dance Cruise, the M.S. Dixie II has been awarded “Best Cruise in Nevada” by Nevada Magazine. It is the biggest cruising ship in South Lake Tahoe and can hold up to 520 passengers. Tours run year round and depart from Zephyr Cove (30 minutes from the Hyatt).

Winter Activities

Diamond Peak Ski Resort

2.1 MI / 3.45 KM
A community-owned ski resort with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, terrain for all levels and some of the best tree skiing in Tahoe. Ski slopes are now closed for the season; 2023-2024 passes are for sale. Please book all lessons, tickets, rentals in advance through the website below or through our sports shop located in our lobby. Our Lake Tahoe resort offers a complimentary shuttle to/from Diamond Peak!

Palisades Tahoe

Spanning across two mountains, Palisades Tahoe is home to 6,000 ski-able acres of progressive terrain for every ability. Visit Olympic Valley for everything from mountain-top beginner slopes with view of Lake Tahoe to plunging chutes and wide-open bowls that have bred Olympic champions and movie stars. Next door, the locals’ favorite Alpine Meadows is known for its impeccable top-to-bottom grooming and hike-to bowls. Guests can connect with our Tahoe Adventure team ahead of time for promotional offers!

Snowshoe Tours

Let the expert guides at Tahoe Adventure Company take you on the ultimate snowshoe adventure. Delighting visitors since 1967, Borges offers Carriage, Sleigh, Hay-Wagon BBQ Rides and Pony Rides in Lake Tahoe. Borges Family Tour Guides specialize in history, activities and nostalgia of the area, making your fun day also filled with information. Golf and Tennis

Incline Village Mountain Course

This 18-hole, par-58 course is fun, affordable, and quick to play with special 9-hole and twilight rates. Bring the family out for fun programs and events like golf leagues, Nine & Wine and Sunday Family Fun Days. Typically open mid-May until early October. *Golf club storage available*

Incline Village Tennis Center

Located less than ½ mile from the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa, Incline Village Tennis Center offers 10 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts for your enjoyment. Pickleball is now available at the Incline Village Recreation Center during the winter months during specified times. Our Concierge will be happy to make arrangements for transportation to and from the center.

The Village at Northstar has amazing shops just waiting to be discovered, including designer men and women's clothing boutiques. From ski equipment to children’s toys and home items, you’ll find it here.

Downtown Truckee

Downtown Truckee is a classic western cowboy turned ski town with shopping to match. The downtown area has countless restaurants and wine bars, and shopping ranging from vintage and thrift shops to fine art and jewelry.

Heavenly Village

The Shops at Heavenly Village offer a wide variety of goods and shops for all seasons. After a day of shopping in Lake Tahoe, you can hit the slopes and enjoy ice skating in winter or mini golf during the summer months.

Tahoe City

Tahoe city offers shopping, art galleries, and restaurants with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe as you stroll through town. You can also vist the Gatekeepers Museum, Watson Cabin and learn about Lake Tahoe at Fanny Bridge.
