Socialize for Free Group rates are based upon Playa Resort’s prevailing Promotions and Rates in effect at time of request. Offer excludes corporate meeting and incentive groups and only applies to social groups (weddings, family reunions, friends, families, social, military, educational and fraternal). Requires a minimum of 5 rooms (varies per date) confirmed with at least 3 nights in common. Maximum of 3 complimentary rooms per contracted group. Private events or functions such as ceremonies, cocktails parties, dinners or meetings are not complimentary under this program. Private events space, food & beverage and decorations are available at an additional charge per person and may be reserved through the resort’s Group Department. Not applicable / combinable with other dollars off promotions including but not limited to AAA Rates or Senior Discounts. All or part of the program can be changed or withdrawn at any time. One complimentary upgrade to the next highest room category based on availability at time of check-in, excluding specialty categories for a maximum of two (2) people. Maximum 74 rooms. Requests for larger groups will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No shows on date of arrival will be charged full applicable room rate. Payment Terms: Reservations with travel dates within 45 days or less require full payment, program registration and rooming list. Reservations within 46 or more days require $100 payment per room within 10 days of quote with signed registration to maintain pricing and secure room commitment.
