Dear Guests,

Thank you for choosing Hyatt Regency Cologne for your stay. The safety and health of our guests and employees is always our top priority. As a guest of our hotel you can expect a high level of hygiene and safety.  Hyatt Regency Cologne is closely monitoring current developments and following recommendations from various health organizations and the requirements of the North Rhine Westphalian government.

Hyatt Regency Cologne provides hand disinfectant dispensers for its guests and employees at the main entrance, at the reception, at the entrance to the Glashaus Restaurant, in the Grissini Restaurant, in the Sticky Fingers Restaurant, in the Puls Club and in front of the guest elevators. In addition, the intervals between the cleaning of our public toilets have been shortened. Contact surfaces on doors and lifts are cleaned several times a day.

In addition, the measures listed below are implemented:

  • It is not possible to store luggage.
  • The minibar will not be filled for hygienic reasons.
  • Magazines are available online.
  • For your protection and ours, the reception counter is equipped with plexiglass panels.
  • Our employees wear face masks.

FOR YOUR AND OUR PROTECTION:

  • Please keep 2 m (6.5 ft) distance from other people.
  • Please pay cash-free if possible.
  • Sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief.
  • Disinfect or wash your hands regularly.
  • We recommend wearing face protection.
  • Avoid hand contact with the face.

If you are ill or in poor health or have had contact with a person suffering from 2019-nVoC and develop symptoms such as fever or respiratory problems within 14 days, you should see your doctor.

GLASHAUS RESTAURANT & ROOMSERVICE

Our team will be happy to help you during the following times:

  • Breakfast (Mon-Fri):               6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Breakfast (Sat-Sun):                6:00 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Lunch (only on Sundays):      12:00 AM to 02:00 PM
  • Dinner (Mon-Sat):                   6:30 PM to 09:30 PM

STICKY FINGERS RESTAURANT

Sticky Fingers Restaurant is open:

·        Mon-Thu 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

·        Fri-Sun 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM

GRISSINI RESTAURANT

Grissini Restaurant is open:

·        Mon-Fri 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM

·        Sat-Sun 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Kitchen is open until 10:00 PM.

LEGENDS BAR

Legends Bar is open:

  • Thu-Sun 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM

PULS FITNESS CLUB

Puls Fitness Club and pool are open during the following times:

  • Monday - Friday: 06:30am - 11:00am & 03:00pm - 09:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 06:00pm

Please make an appointment, otherwise there may be waiting times. The steam bath and whirlpool remain closed for the time being.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

In accordance with the hygiene and infection protection standards of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, we clean your room every three days or more often on request, between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

REGENCY CLUB

The Regency Club remains closed for the time being. If you have booked a club room or a suite, you can have breakfast in the Glashaus restaurant or order room service. Instead of visiting the Regency Club for cocktail hour, we have set up a small self-service buffet in a separate lounge area on the M-Floor, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please note that when entering the lounge area and before each use of the buffet, all guests need to disinfected their hands and wear a face mask.

LAUNDRY & DRY-CLEANING

Our laundry and dry-cleaning services are available at the times listed below. Please use the laundry bag provided in the closet and contact our reception team.

Laundry handed in for cleaning no later than Tuesday at 10:00 AM is returned on Wednesday.

Laundry handed in for cleaning by Thursday at 10:00 AM at the latest is returned on Friday.

Delivery of laundry for washing (delivery Monday to Thursday until 10:00 AM) is returned on the following day.

CHROMECAST

With the Chromecast function on your TV, you can stream programs directly from Android devices, iPhones®, tablets and your laptop. 

CHECK-OUT TIME

On the day of your check-out, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 PM or to request a later check-out at reception ahead of time.

CASH / VALUABLES

There is an ATM located in the lobby for your use. We recommend that you store all loose cash and valuables in your guestroom safe or in a lock box, which you can request at reception. We are not responsible for any loose cash and / or valuables that are not placed in the safe. We are also happy to assist you with currency exchange at the reception desk.  

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To be connected directly to the Hyatt Reservations Center for resorts worldwide, please dial the corresponding direct-dial button on your guestroom telephone. To be connected with the service center for hotels in Germany, please dial 0800 9731234.

INTERNET

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.

MINIBAR

Every guestroom is supplied with a mini-bar, which is not filled due to the current situation. You can order a selection of wines, champagne and spirits through room service.

EMERGENCY

Please report any scent of burning, smoke or fire immediately (Speed dial button “SOS”). Please follow the announcements over the loudspeaker and do not use the elevator in any case of an emergency. The location of the emergency staircases can be found on the emergency plan on the inside of your guestroom door. Please become familiar with the emergency plan ahead of time.

PARKING / GARAGE 

Parking is available in our parking garage beneath the hotel, which is accessible via the lobby elevators as well as by stairwell.

SAFE

Please deposit cash and all other valuables in your guestroom safe or in one of the lockers which we provide at the reception desk. The hotel cannot be held liable for any cash or valuables that are not placed in the safe or locker.

VOLTAGE

The voltage in the hotel is 220 V. If you need an adapter, please contact reception.

WAKE-UP CALL

Please order your personal wake-up call with our reception team or program your guestroom phone to the desired wake-up time.

EMERGENCIES AND EMERGENCY EXITS

Please make yourself familiar with the safety instructions which can be found on the back of your guestroom door. Should you notice any smoke or fire, please inform the staff at reception (Speed dial button “SOS”) immediately and follow the marked exit paths leading to the emergency staircases. 

SMOKING IN THE HOTEL ROOMS

Please be informed that smoking is not prohibited in the hotel rooms. Tampering with the smoke detectors in the guestrooms or anywhere in the hotel is prohibited by law.
