Jean-François Rouquette is pleased to welcome the Michelin-starred Chef of La Grand'Vigne (Les Sources de Caudalie): Nicolas Masse.

Together, they will propose an exclusive four-hand menu for dinner on Monday, December 9th, 2019 at restaurant Pur’ – Jean-François Rouquette.

On Tuesday, December 10th the white truffle takes the place of honor at the Club Grands Crus dinner at Sens restaurant.

Sudachi: the sublime secret of the Yule log cake by Jimmy Mornet
December 1st - December 25th


Jimmy Mornet proves his audacity with sudachi, a wild small green citrus fruit, for his 2019 Yule Log Cake which is gluten free.

Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme Yule log is made from sudachi mousse, pear and lemon confit, soft yellow lemon cake, pear syrup and a crisp almond/chocolate dulce. A spiced creamy cookie/gingerbread, decorated with star anises brings out the Christmas spirit in this log

"Carte Blanche" to Berlin artist Gregor Hildebrandt at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
October 2019 - January 2020

To celebrate FIAC, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is giving "carte blanche" to Berlin artist Gregor Hildebrandt to decorate the luxury hotel's public spaces. Hildebrandt will display around 15 of his works in Le Bar, La Cheminée and hotel lobby. 

Titled "Der Jet steht im Park", the exhibition will offer a unique selection of pieces that are typical of the artist's practice, which has long been devoted to reconfiguring analog audio and video equipment – cassettes and vinyl records – in mixed media canvases, sculptures and immersive installations.
