Once again, Park Hyatt Paris – Vendôme unveils The Chalet du Park, a must-visit place in the capital during winter, with a new incarnation being unveiled showcasing French elegance and architecture.

To celebrate the luxury hotel's 20th anniversary, this jewel will be set up in the hotel from mid-November, offering an exclusive, timeless experience for all foodies looking for an unusual and intimate gastronomic experience.

This year, Chef Jean-François Rouquette and Pastry Chef Naraé Kim have teamed up to offer a winter lunchtime 3-course gourmet for a timeless moment with friends or colleagues.

Reservations from 4 to 12 people - 100€ per person.

At nightfall, the Michelin-starred Chef, Jean-François Rouquette, invites you to sit down for a tasty raclette menu accompanied by an assortment of cold cuts carefully selected from the best French producers by the Chef.

To end on a sweet note, Chef Naraé Kim has created a frozen dessert especially for the Chalet. The creations of our Chefs will delight food lovers and make you live a unique experience!
