Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $48.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy

We gladly welcome your most cherished travel companion. Inform us that you will be bringing your dog with you at least three days prior to your arrival by calling +1 407 284 1234. If you’re staying at Hyatt Regency Orlando for up to six nights, a $150 fee will be added, and if you’re staying for more than six nights, please contact our team for more information.

For room cleaning, please contact our housekeeping team via extension “0” to arrange a time between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and please note that your pet must be out of the room at this time. Please keep in mind that we only allow dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds.

Take advantage of our dog-walking stations located at the Regency pool walkway outside of Coconuts Bar & Grill, in front of the parking garage near the walkway to Regency Tower, and between Regency Convention Center front drive and Regency Express facing I-Drive.

Spa Age Requirements

Guests 18+ are welcome to reserve all treatments and utilize all spa facilities. The Spa welcomes children and teenagers based on the following guidelines. Guests of all ages are welcome to experience hair, makeup and nail services in our salon. Guests 15-17 may reserve skincare and massage treatments with a guardian for a side-by-side service together. Guests 15-17 receiving treatments accompanied by a guardian may not utilize locker room facilities and must go directly to their treatment room for service.

Spa Arrival

Please allow extra time for your arrival due to parking and locating our spa. You are invited to check in as early as you like once we open our doors for the day so you can enjoy our luxurious amenities. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Arriving late will shorten the duration of your service, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. All treatments will conclude on schedule so that the next guest is not delayed.

Spa Service Charge

Starting November 2024, an automatic service charge of 21% will be added to all spa treatments on our spa menu, which acts as service gratuity for our treatment providers and support staff.

Spa Cancellation

Changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty of payment in full. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged for the full value of services booked. A $50 change fee may be applied to treatments that are moved within 24 hours of start time.

Spa Medical

Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs that require additional attention. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, some treatments are not recommended. You are responsible and required to disclose all medical information to your service provider in the required service intake form.

Spa Attire and Valuables

Locker, robe, slippers and towels are provided. Please leave jewelry, money, electronics and other valuables securely in your in-room safe. The Spa will not assume any liability for personal belongings.
