Sitting eight stories high, our 950-square-foot Caladesi Breakout Room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and famous Clearwater Beach. Combined with a 2,500-square-foot adjoining terrace, you can accommodate up to 120 for a banquet function or 240 for a cocktail reception.

Located on the eighth floor, our 700-square-foot Bayview Room offers the perfect setting for your meeting needs of up to 60 or reception up to 75 people. Its views of the intracoastal waterway, additional 85-square-foot private pantry and built-in refrigerator make for a great atmosphere.

This collection of second floor breakout rooms ranges from 580 to 1,700 sq ft, including Longboat Key, which can be divided into two rooms. Each of these venues features adjustable LED lighting, house sound system and unobstructed space
