From our arrival at the hotel, it was a delightful experience. Not only were the rooms (with a view of Big Ben) and amenities exceptional, but the service really made the stay. We were helped by Nicolet, Lume and Tahir at the front desk and we were warmly welcomed. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as seamless as possible. They certainly left a lasting impression. Additionally, we frequented the POTUS restaurant in the lobby for breakfast, where we were helped out by Anna and Jenny. Their service was also above and beyond, with them remembering our individual orders. The coffees were not only great in taste but also in presentation. You can definitely tell that the staff at this hotel care beyond what is expected of an employee. We are certainly delighted with our time in London that was made all the better by the Hyatt Regency Albert Embankment.
