ZEM is an avant-garde Czech bistro, contrasting the aesthetics of Prague's traditional coffee houses with 1920s retro-futuristic Czech art, literature and engineering. The menu is a creative blend of Czech produce with occasional hints of Japanese flavors, crafted from a theatrical kitchen stage of charcoal and steam.

Start your day with a balanced breakfast. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, while enjoying a wide selection of delicious specialties from international and Czech cuisine.

Just as the field border (from the Czech word, “mez”) is where a farmer rests, refreshes and meets with others after a hard day at work, MEZ bar is where locals and guests engage together and enjoy the exhilarating atmosphere. Our mixologists reconnect with nature to surprise you with perfectly balanced cocktails infused with the ancient power and wisdom of Bohemian mythology.

No matter the time of the day, we’ll bring you delicious classics from international and Czech cuisine to fully enjoy in the privacy of your room with our Room Service.

Join us for an unforgettable immersive 3D mapping dinner show featuring Pequeña Maria from Spain, Piccolo Luciano from Italy, Chisano Takahiro from Japan, and the delightful (and a bit clumsy) Petit Chef from France. Experience the magic as each character showcases their unique culture and flavors, right on your plate!
