Pet Policy
Your pets are welcome at Grand Hyatt Denver, where our dog-friendly hotel will be waiting with treats for your pup. We welcome up to two dogs per room. Dogs may not exceed 50 pounds each or 75 pounds combined. Please note the following fees apply:
1–6 nights: $125 / 1 STAY
7–30 nights (additional fees): $125 /1 STAY
31 nights or more: Fee assessed at the hotel’s discretion
*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Package Handling
To ensure correct shipping, storage, and delivery to a guest, please address as follows:

A package handling fee of $20 will apply to each package received at the Grand Hyatt Denver. Shipments are held for a limited number of days. If the package has not been picked up after 30 days, it will be returned to sender, who will be responsible for all additional shipping fees.
