FAQs

Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfil your requests and to make sure that you have the wedding menu you want on your special day.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

You can select to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Our wedding specialist will advise you of the costs and inclusions for each option.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?

We work on a regular basis with several vendors and will be happy to give you their contact information.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

Yes, contract pricing on the minimums for food and beverage include all taxes and gratuities. Please remember that pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist. Our wedding menu selections are also based on inclusive prices.

Can my guests enjoy late check-out the morning after the wedding?

The hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will try our very best to accommodate your guests’ requests, although the final decision is subject to room availability.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding consultant can review with you. We can also give ideas and suggestions to you that have worked successfully in the past.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, a wedding reception is planned for six hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding attendant will advise you of any additional costs for the additional time.

Is it possible for you to provide special dietary meals?

Yes, our events chef will be more than happy to prepare the requested meals. All special dietary requirements must be addressed at least one week prior to the event.

Can I use outside vendors?

Your event planner will be happy to share a list of recommended vendors, such as wedding coordinators, florists, entertainment providers (band / DJ), photographers, videographers, lighting and specialty linen companies.
