Pet Policy

Your pet is welcome at Dream Downtown. A pet weighing less than 25 pounds is welcome for a nonrefundable, one-time fee of $99

Dream Beach Club by Tao

Book your chaise or cabana up to 60 days in advance. Pricing subject to availability and date requested. Hotel guests of all ages are welcome between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30am. Guests with tickets provided by Tao are welcome between 11:00am - 4:00pm. Hotel guests aged 21+ can access the pool for free between 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

Lost and Found Policy

Dream Downtown is happy to assist guests with items left behind on property. To report a lost item, guests must submit a request here.

All found items are securely logged and stored for a limited period based on the type of item. If an item is located, guests may choose to have it shipped at their expense or arrange an on-site pickup with valid photo identification. Items not claimed within the holding period may be donated or disposed of in accordance with hotel policy.

Please note that perishable items and certain restricted items cannot be stored. Dream Downtown is not responsible for items after the designated holding period.
