Great location in Chapel Hill NC with great amenities and attentive staff. The daily breakfast buffet was outstanding. The rooms were well appointed and the hotel atmosphere is welcoming and beautiful

An unexpected haven…..beautiful grounds with spacious rooms and great service. Rizzo Centre is a great combination of comfort and functionality. It’s a great destination for trainings and workshops.

Top notch place to stay. The front desk staff so welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and pillows and bed so luxurious along with glass shower and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious - way beyond expectations- with a breakfast staff so attentive to every detail - coffee always refilled and plates cleared immediately. Overall, one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I was there visiting with my son on a college trip, and would love if he decides to go to a college near that location bc I have this wonderful place to stay during visits.

Excellent hotel, wonderful decor, excellently clean and quiet room (clean carpets!) and comfortable linens, excellent glass shower, nice bathroom. Also hotel provides free non-alcoholic drinks, and free ice-cream on each floor, and free hot breakfast with the best coffee on the planet (in my opinion, far better than Starbucks if you like strong and tasty coffee). Excellent staff and service. Price is a bit high, but well worth it in my opinion. We've stayed at other hotels in the area, and we keep missing Rizzo and returning here, and we won't be going anywhere else unless Rizzo is booked up.

Located in a wooded area, this property is a hidden gem in the Hyatt system. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast service is above average, and the facilities are impeccably clean and well maintained. There are some lovely walking trails and gardens that adjoin the center.

The hotel was fabulous but it did not allow dogs or 3 children to stay in a suite so my grandkids had to stay at the Hampton Inn and split up our family reunion.

Nancy Y, I'm very sorry you weren't able to bring your dog. As a dog owner myself I can relate to wishing they were welcome more places. We of course do allow service animals. I'm not sure how we botched the communication on children, but they are most definitely allowed. I'm hopeful this won't deter you from a future visit. All the best, Brent
The staff at the Rizzo Center clearly takes pride in their work and cares about the experience of the guests. We have visited multiple times, and know that we will get a clean room and a warm welcome. I don’t know if most people look forward to staying in a hotel, but we always do when we know we are going to visit family in Chapel Hill.

We had a relaxing time at the Rizzo Center. Beautifully landscaped. Comfortable room with great bath products. Large pool with plenty of chairs surrounding it.

Super clean and high class in every way! Great pool and fitness area too. Parking was easy and location is central to everything.
