Smoking Policy

The Shay is a completely nonsmoking hotel. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke odor in rooms and up to $1,000 in suites. Please adhere to designated smoking areas outside the hotel.

Pet Policy

Bring your furry friends to our pet-friendly Culver City hotel. Explore The Shay, nearby neighborhoods and Ivy Station’s public green space with up to two dogs. The pet fee is $100 per stay, and $15 of that amount goes to a local dog rescue. We reserve the right to charge up to $400 if additional pet-related cleaning is necessary. There is no weight limit for pets.
