The cryotherapy chamber exposes the body to extreme temperatures of up to –110 Extreme cold treatment (up to –110°C) that reduces inflammation, accelerates recovery and improves mood.
Sixpack Armstrong (electromagnetic) – 30 min
It uses advanced electromagnetic technology to activate your muscles intensely and effectively. Each session stimulates the abdominals with the equivalent intensity of 20,000 traditional sit-ups, helping to tone and define your abdomen effortlessly.
Lymphatic Massage – 30 min
