Pet Policy

Pets are family at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. For a daily charge of 70 EUR, we welcome well-behaved furry companions up to 25 kg. Your dog will feel at home in our suites, complete with a cozy bed, bowls, waste bags, a toy, and a special menu. With 56,000 square meters of grounds to explore — excluding pools and the Spa — there is plenty of space to roam and play. For guests’ comfort, pets should be kept on a leash throughout the resort.

Pool Policy

Our Infinity Pool is an adult-only area (ages 13 and above only). Children under 13 years old are welcome to use our family-friendly Laguna Pool.

Sustainable Tourism Tax

Guests are required to pay the Balearic Sustainable Tourism Tax, which is applied per person per night and will be collected on checkout. Children under 16 are exempt from the tax.

1 May–31 October: €4.40 per person/night

1 November–30 April at €1.10 per person/night

Long-term guests will receive a 50% discount. The fee is subject to change according to local regulations.

Payment Policy

As per Spanish law, no cash payment above €2,500 can be made at the resort.
