I’m delighted you enjoyed our spa facilities and the skill of our therapists, as well as our food and the friendly, efficient service from our team. I’m sorry, however, that the overall style of the hotel did not reflect the traditional country charm you were hoping for. While our design blends contemporary touches with heritage features, I appreciate this may not always match every guest’s vision of a countryside retreat. Should you choose to return, I would be more than happy to assist in arranging accommodation in our main house, where the atmosphere is closer to a traditional country home.
