Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome in all guest rooms and in designated areas of the hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash when walking in the pet-friendly public areas of the hotel. There is a charge for your pet to stay, and bowls will be provided for food and water. We also provide a dog bed and a handmade dog treat.

Check-in and Checkout Policy

Check-in is available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. The hotel cannot guarantee that the room will be ready earlier. If an early check-in is required, guests are advised to reserve the room for the day before. Checkout is at 11 a.m. A late checkout is available until 1 p.m., and an additional fee will be applicable.

Firearm Policy

The hotel has secure storage for firearms. There is no additional charge for this facility. All persons bringing a firearm into the hotel must have the relevant license and adhere to the local firearms and licensing policies.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation Policy

The hotel has a credit card pre-authorisation policy. The hotel must guarantee from each guest enough money to cover room and taxes, as well as a daily, pre-determined amount for incidentals. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge, and no funds have been debited from your account.

Spa and Fitness Area

Users of the spa and fitness centre are strongly advised not to undertake any physical activity for which they may be medically unfit. Users are advised to read the guidance notices outlining how to use each area safely. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter either facility.
