Vail and Lionshead Villages are located just over 1 mile away from Vail Residences at Cascade Village. The resort offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Villages from 8am – 10pm with online tracking to view active shuttle locations. In spring, summer, and fall seasons guests can enjoy walking or biking along the that Gore Creek path to the Villages.

No, the rental homes and condos at Vail Residences do not have air conditioning due to the naturally cool climate near the base of the mountains. All units offer windows that open for air circulation and portable fans, located in each bedroom closet. 

As the closest airport access to Vail Residences at Cascade Village, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is 33 miles away. For guests flying into Denver, Denver International Airport (DEN) offers extensive network of domestic and international routes as well we shuttle access for the 2-hour scenic drive to the mountains. 

There is one reserved parking space available for each unit. Additional paid parking is available at Grand Hyatt Vail Resort. 

Yes, complimentary shuttle service is available for guests of Vail Residences to and from the Vail and Lionshead Village from 8am – 10pm, with online tracking to view active shuttle locations. There is also complimentary transportation on request from Vail Residences to Grand Hyatt Vail for units further from the resort.

There are EV chargers available for guest use located at the Grand Hyatt Vail. Select units of the Residences may have an EV charger on property. Please inquire when booking if EV charging is needed.
