Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of 11% plus tax (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information. Services and amenities include:

Chairlift Policy

On-site chairlift, Chair 20 Cascade Village Lift, with Ski Valet/Concierge featuring slope-side service, operates only during the winter and opens/closes depending on snow conditions and weather.

Pet Policy

Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Check-In/Checkout Policy

Check-in time: 4 p.m.
Checkout time: 10 a.m.
We will try to accommodate all early check-in and late checkout requests whenever possible.

Parking

Guests receive one complimentary reserved parking space per unit during their stay at our Vail, Colorado, family resort. Additional parking is available with our on-site Valet Parking at $55 per vehicle, per night. These charges are separate and distinct from the room rate and from taxes. Service charges and taxes may be subject to change.

Rollaway Beds and Pack n’ Plays

Pack n’ Plays are provided on request based on availability at no additional charge. Rollaway beds are not permitted but air mattresses are available on request (one per unit).

Tax

Rates do not include state and local taxes, which are subject to change. Tax is currently at 10.8% and calculated on gross rate.

Credit Card Authorization and Tax-Exempt Forms

Complete the Credit Card Authorization form if the cardholder will not be present at the time of check-in.

Condominium Disclosure

Because Vail Residences at Cascade Village act as rental agent for individual condominium owners, rented accommodations cannot be completely controlled. For this reason, specific units cannot be guaranteed.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are provided every four days and include providing clean towels, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, trash removal, making of the beds and replenishing supplies, if needed. Linens changed mid-stay for stays of five nights or more.

Cancellation Policy

Summer & Fall Reservations: April 16^th – November 15^th, 2025

• Guarantee Policy: One-night room and tax non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit full amount.

 

Winter & Spring Reservations: November 16^th – December 20^th, 2025 and January 4^th – April 15^th, 2026

• Guarantee Policy: One-night room and tax non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit full amount.

 

Festive Reservations: December 21^st, 2025 – January 3^rd, 2026

• Guarantee Policy: One-night room and tax non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full amount.

 

Advance Purchase Reservations

These reservations must be fully pre-paid and are non-refundable and non-changeable.
