Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $50 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Minimum Stay

Please be aware that minimum stay requirements may vary throughout the year. If no availability is shown for your selected dates, we recommend adjusting the length of your stay, as a longer minimum stay may be in effect during that period.

Parking

Valet parking is available for $60/night, gratuity is not included. The maximum height in our garage is 6’ 9”; oversize vehicles cannot be accommodated and should use the Vail parking structure across the street. Limit one vehicle per hotel room.

Extra Persons

An additional fee of $25 per person per night for guests older than 2 years of age will be assessed for any more than two guests per room.

Smoking

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on Austria Haus property.

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.
