Great location and friendly staff, but the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price. Housekeeping was limited, luggage assistance was not proactive, and our shower was broken. We tried Caption for two nights after moving most of our stay to another hotel. The concept may suit travellers who prefer fewer services, but we missed the comfort and attention to detail we associate with Hyatt. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return.

Great location and amazing staff! Breakfast was excellent, rooms are very modern, comfortable beds. They have Apotheke as their bathroom products which is a nice touch!

The location of this hip hotel is great! as it was newly opened, the overall condition is great and the deco of the hotel rooms is excellent.

Fantastic location near the metro, clean room and good size. Only issue is the toilet bowl is too near the sink and toilet paper.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Caption on August 27th, largely thanks to the front desk service. The young lady who checked me in was warm, welcoming, and genuinely affable from the moment I arrived. She thanked me for my Discoverist status and, upon request, was happy to offer a better room. It's this kind of attentive, personable service that makes a real difference — a refreshing and much-appreciated experience.

Beautiful property close to train station. Comfortable and clean. We stayed here for a few days before going to another city. After walking all day it's nice to come back to a safe place. It's also close to 7-11 where we got breakfast every morning. Even fresh smoothies!

The service is outstanding, the team or warm, friendly and accommodating and the rooms are modern and very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It's cool and casual and my preferred hotel for my frequent business trips to Tokyo.

Large rooms, healthy breakfast, close to metro, vegetarian breakfast options, ask for a room on a higher floor. Great friendly staff

This hotel is VERY loud. The windows have basically zero noise isolation. You hear lots of road noise, as well as other guests talking.
