My wife, daughter, and I stayed two nights at Caption by Hyatt in Osaka. The experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff, room, restaurant, and hotel were all excellent and better than we’d been expecting. Great location as well.
The hotel is top-notch. Probably one of the best hotels that I stayed in as far as staff decor and amenities Also, it isn’t a very walkable area
A good, clean hotel with a good location in Osaka. The staff were friendly, restraint in the lobby was good for breakfast, and the views from our room were great.

The location was excellent, In the heart of Namba and just a couple of minutes away from Kuromon market. Walking distance from nearly every major attraction in Osaka and metro stations too if you're arriving from Tokyo via Shinkansen and need to transfer to there via the metro from shin-osaka. Excellent staff and beautiful rooms which are worth the money.

Awesome hotel with great service! Our flight arrived early at 8:00 AM, and we asked if an early check-in was possible. The staff was very accommodating, and we were able to check in as early as around 10:30 AM, which was such a huge help after an early flight. The hotel has everything we needed—laundry facilities, a water pitcher in the room, and a water dispenser conveniently located just outside our room. We also really appreciated their luggage delivery service, which made traveling so much easier and more convenient. The breakfast was also so good! The bathroom was spacious, and the location was excellent. It’s within walking distance of Kuromon Market, the train station, and other attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely no complaints. The staff, amenities, location, and services were all excellent. Highly recommended!

We loved this Hyatt Caption. Staff were professional and helpful, and the location was close to many places we had on our list to visit. We especially loved the matcha shake and had it several times! Highly recommend staying here if you plan to travel to the area.

The hotel is located in Namba area, and it is relatively close to Namba station and Dotonburi (~10 min walk). The room has modern and anesthetic designs, and is pretty spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range. It has a laundry room which is very convenient for travellers. The front desk staffs all speak fluent English besides Japanese, so you won’t have any communication barriers in the hotel. *Globalists don’t receive a goodwill room upgrade in this caption hotel (according to WOH terms and conditions, globalists staying at caption hotels don’t receive room upgrades, while some caption hotels offer a goodwill upgrade, this one does not).

Beautiful property close to the train and a 7-11. Rooms were small but the two double beds fit both my husband and I and our 6 year old.

Excellent location between Den Den Town and Namba. The hotel amenities are a bit too basic for the Hyatt brand. The restaurant menu is quite limited. They didn't change the bed sheets once during our 6-night stay. I'm quite surprised that this is the only Hyatt hotel in Osaka.

Great location for us where we could walk to all the spots like the Kuromon Market, Dontonburi and the Anime shops. Check in was fine but I was expecting an Amazon package. When it arrives they chose to write up a typed letter to slide under my door telling me the package arrived. They could have just sent up the package to my room. I needed it asap but they took time to type out a letter just to inform me.
