Traveling With Your Pup? We’re Pet Friendly

We’re happy to welcome your furry companion at Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville. To help us prepare for your stay, please enter “PETS” in the request field when booking your reservation. Dogs are welcome to relax in your room but should remain out of public areas and must be leashed while walking through the hotel. Pets may not be left unattended in public spaces. 

Pet Fees

• 1–6 nights: $100 total 
• 7–30 nights: additional $100 deep cleaning fee ($200 total) 
• 30+ nights: Please contact the hotel directly for policies and pricing. 

Weight Limit 

A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed, with each dog weighing no more than 75 pounds. 

Service Animals 

Service animals are always welcome. Pet and cleaning fees do not apply, and service animals are permitted in all public areas of the hotel. If you have any questions or special requests, please reach out to our team.
