Check-In Policy
The minimum age requirement for the main guest staying at the hotel is 18 years. A valid and original identification is required upon arrival to proceed with check-in. Please note that we accept a driving license as a valid form of ID.

 

Pet Policy
Andaz Prague gladly welcomes your VID (Very Important Dog) companions to our hotel during your stay. Service dogs are always welcome at no extra charge. Please note that your furry friend must be supervised at all times and on a leash in our public areas, dining outlets and drinking areas. For your pet’s safety, we require that they are not left unattended in your room. Any damages incurred to the rooms by the pet are the responsibility of the guest.

Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT (value added tax).

Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are non-smoking areas. Please note that we will charge an additional ‘cleaning’ fee at the hotel’s discretion for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you very much for your understanding.

 

Children’s Accommodations
Children under the age of 6 stay for free in their parents’ Suite. From the age of 12, children are counted as adults. We are happy to provide you with a complimentary baby bed (children up to the age of 3). An extra bed for adults will be charged at €60 per night. Please note that extra beds are only available in our suites.

 

Spa & Fitness
The fitness center is open 24/7 and the Spa & Wellness is Open daily 10 a.m.–8 p.m Treatments can be booked upon request. Our sauna steam bath and relaxation areas are open only to adults from the age of 16. Guests aged 16 and below may use our facilities when accompanied by an adult.
