Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests. Please visit the Concierge Desk on the Lobby floor to drop off your bags.
Yes, we can accept packages before your arrival. Please send it with the reservation holder's name, reservation number, and arrival date specified, and kindly inform the Concierge Desk in advance.
Early check-in is based on availability at the time of your arrival. An early check-in fee will apply as follows:
- Before 9:00 AM: Full one-night room charge.
- 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
