The minimum age to reserve a guestroom at Hyatt is 21 years old.

A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

A valid credit card and photo ID are required at the time of check-in.

We welcome your cherished travel companion to our pet-friendly hotel in downtown Savannah. To allow your dog to stay in our guest room pet program, please inform the hotel that you’ll have a dog(s) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival by calling 912-233-2116. In addition, only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under, or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds, are permitted. All pet-friendly rooms are located on the second floor of our hotel.
