Hotel Policies

Check-In Policies

The minimum age requirement for the main guest staying at the hotel is 18 years. A valid and original identification is required upon arrival to proceed with check-in. The below options are the accepted identification documents in accordance with the UAE regulation:

  • Passport
  • UAE Emirates ID
  • GCC ID (only for GCC nationals)

Children

Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents. Children aged 12 and upwards are considered adults.

Extra baby beds for children up to the age of 3 are complimentary. Any extra bed for adults will be an additional fee of AED 150 per night. The additional bed is only available for the 1 King Deluxe room category and up. 

For a second room booking for children under the age of 12, we offer—depending on availability—a second room at a family rebate of 50% off of the room rate.

Restaurants

Breakfast for children up to the age of 6 is free of charge. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 are entitled to a 50% discount on breakfast charges.

Spa & Fitness

The gym is open 24/7. The spa is available from 9 a.m.–9 p.m. 

Treatments are available from noon–8 p.m. with prior booking. Saunas and areas of relaxation are open to adults only from the age of 18 upwards. Guests 16–17 years of age may use the facilities when accompanied by an adult.

Pets

No pets are allowed at Andaz Dubai The Palm. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed at Andaz Family Suites – Palm Jumeirah. 

Fees

  • Security deposit per pet, refundable upon checkout: AED 5,000
  • Pet cleaning fee per day for short‑stay guests (including a fixed AED 500 post‑stay cleaning fee): AED 500

Smoking

A smoking room is subject to hotel availability upon arrival.

Please note the additional cleaning fee of AED 500 charged for prohibited smoking in the hotel rooms.

Important Guest Notice

Please be advised that the residential community facilities outside the hotel premises, such as the Gym and Kids Room, are not accessible to hotel guests.

Hotel Guests, can however use the following hotel facilities during your stay: Private Beach, Infinity Pool, Cabana Pool (Located on the 14th floor, Adults Only, 16+), Gym (located on the 14th floor) and Ora Spa Sauna & Steam Room.
