Podikizi | Hot Poltice Massage
This is the most effective Ayurveda massage using KIZHIS (cotton boluses) with a mixture of herbs dipped in medicated oils. It helps in bringing the back the natural body balance.
Volcanic Stone Therapy
Hot volcanic stones are used as an extension of your therapist’s hands with the purest oil infusions to melt away stress, soothe and induce a sense of calm and well – being.
Chakra Healing
Chakra therapy focuses on clearing any blockages from the energetic body to allow energy to flow more freely. The therapist uses specialized massage techniques to relax and open up the energy flow through the SEVEN CHAKRAS using aromatic oils and crystals.
Abhyangam Massage
A traditional Ayurveda full body massage using herbal infused Sesame oil, Abhyangam improves physical consistency, sleep patterns and eye sight. It helps liquefy toxins and include relaxation, whilst eliminating impurities.
