Smoking Policy

Andaz One Bangkok is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any of our guestrooms. A fine will be imposed on any guest found violating this policy. A dedicated smoking area is provided.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in guestrooms or any hotel areas, except for service animals.

Children Policy

• Children aged 0–6 years stay free of charge. Baby cots are available upon request, and breakfast is complimentary.​

• Children aged 6–12 years stay free of charge. Extra beds are available upon request. Breakfast is charged at 50% of the buffet breakfast rate.​

• Standard room occupancy is two persons. One child up to 12 years old may stay free of charge when sharing the room using existing bedding.
