Hotel Experience & General Information
Located in the walkable West End district of Downtown Napa, Andaz Napa blends modern sophistication with rustic-chic boutique charm. The hotel is steps from the Oxbow Public Market, Napa Valley Wine Train, and top wine tasting rooms. Rooms feature hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, and some offer fireplaces or terraces. The hotel has a social vibe, including outdoor terrace with fire pits, weekly live music, and a farm-to-table restaurant.

Aside from the most premier wine tasting experiences in the world, Napa offers so much more! Take in vineyard views above the valley from a hot air balloon, catch a concert or comedy show at the Blue Note, shop our famed Farmer’s Market, or bike along the Napa Valley Vine Trail.
Our Andaz Farmer’s Table serves full breakfast daily, Mercantile Social Lounge in the lobby offers up craft cocktails, premium Napa wines, local beers and elevated bar bites seven days a week, and the Mercantile Terrace is an outdoor space with full food and bar service, plus fire pits. Additionally, the hotel does offer room service!
Andaz Farmer’s Table is open every day starting at 7 a.m. Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. and Saturday-Sunday 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. Mercantile Social is open every day. Monday-Saturday 4 p.m. – Midnight and Sunday 5 p.m. – Midnight Mercantile Terrace is open every day, 4 p.m.-10 p.m. Food service is operated until 9 p.m.
Napa is known for exceptional culinary experiences, and some of our local favorites downtown include Oenotri, Scala Osteria, Compline, A16, Contimo Provisions, Eikos, and Ristorante Allegria.

Yes, daily housekeeping is offered. Service can be customized to your preference or declined.
Yes, all guest rooms include mini fridges for guest use and storage of personal items.
Rollaway beds are available upon request and are based on availability. Some guest rooms also include pull-out sofas. Please let our team know in advance of your arrival if you require a pull-out sofa or rollaway bed.
Our Lobby Shop offers locally made gifts and small snacks for the road or your guest room.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
Self-Parking is included in your Daily Destination Fee.
Andaz Napa does have valet parking available, at the rate of $36 overnight.
The hotel does not operate EV chargers on-site, but there are multiple charging stations in downtown Napa, the closest just one block away from the hotel.
The hotel does not directly rent bicycles or have a rental car counter, but there are local partners we can direct you to less than 1 mile away.

While the hotel does not directly provide shuttle or transfer services, our Guest Services team would be happy to make recommendations or assist in scheduling with one of our trusted partners, Pure Luxury Transportation or Napa Dream Tours.
Rideshare service is effective within the town of Napa. For more far-flung locales, wine-tasting trips, or late-night service, we recommend booking ahead or scheduling a private transfer.
Hotel Facilities
The hotel does not have a spa on-site, but are happy to recommend either GreenHaus Day Spa or Blue Water Day Spa, each about 1 block from the hotel.
Walk-ins are always welcome and reservations are not required.

The hotel has cribs available upon request, high chairs available in the restaurant, and kid-friendly menu items available.
Pets
We would love to meet your traveling canine companions. Kindly advise our Hotel team at least three days in advance of your arrival if your pet will be joining you during your stay. Pets are welcome with a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $150.00 charged to your guestroom. We respectfully request that dogs not be left unattended and must be secured during servicing of your guest room.
