The restaurant has a unique and sophisticated concept designed to resemble the eclectic home of a traveler passionate about Latin culture. Intimate spaces are designed like rooms in a house, including Bar Studio, Library, Living Room and Dining Room. The restaurant is built around a courtyard overlooking the resort’s lagoon with a special Amate tree—the inspiration for its name.
Tinta del Pulpo
Tinta del Pulpo offers all-day poolside Mexican and international cuisine, tasty sauces made with local produce and locally crafted artisan beers. It also serves up fresh ceviches and aguachiles and an array of local desserts, including house-made churros.
Cocina Milagro
Feast on Mexican and international cuisine at our poolside pavilion restaurant overlooking the mangroves in the heart of Andaz Mayakoba.
