A beautiful, well maintained Hotel in breathtaking scenery. Sadly there's insufficient staff that do not anticipate your needs. Expect a long wait for drinks and food.

Alila Jabal Akhdar was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The stargazing was a highlight, and our two guides knew an incredible amount about the night sky. Via Ferrata was a blast with a super friendly guide. Every room has a stunning view, so you can’t go wrong, and the property is spotless and looks brand new. The food, much of it grown in their own garden, was some of the best we’ve ever had. Staff remembered our names, constantly checked in, and jumped to help with every little thing. Great pool, free bikes, and never a dull moment.

Beautiful location on top of a cliff ,excellent staff very helpful. My favorite for the hotel is that they have somone dedicated for the hikes arround the area that can help you and advise you with whatever you need regarding the hikes.

I've been raving about our experience at Alila since we arrived there. Such a stunning hotel with breathtaking views. The weather was perfect and the grounds were immaculate. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming and accommodating to children. A perfect relaxing getaway with the family. I would definitely go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alila. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The facilities were outstanding, and the wide range of activities offered throughout the day, both complimentary and paid, were truly excellent and added so much to our experience. We had so much fun as a family and created some fantastic memories. This has easily become one of our favorite destinations, and we would love to make it a yearly family tradition.
