Tucked discreetly within the resort, this chef-driven counter offers a limited number of coveted seats, creating a highly personal journey through new-wave nigiri and thoughtfully composed bites from both land and sea. Guests are invited to slow down, settle in, and let the chefs guide the experience through an artful, free-form interpretation of the traditional sushi counter, punctuated by playful surprises and elevated takes on familiar favorites. Seatings are offered at 5:00 PM, 7:15 PM, and 9:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are strongly recommended.
