Good location and mostly good facilities. Bit steep walkways for elderly and children and lack of lifts does not help either. The storage in room is lacking but room was reasonable size and up to 4 to 5star. Hotel appear to be dated and not what I would expect from Hyatt company.
Excellent all round experience and would highly recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities were great and food + drinks were great as well.

Relaxing holidays and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is very well situated close to Corfu Old Town and not far from other tourist attractions. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. We stayed at the preferred room with ocean view and it was worth the additional price. The view was stunning, room was very spacious and comfortable. There’s plenty of choices of restaurants and the main buffet has a good variety. The sea grill restaurant was amazing and a must. Overall it was a relax holiday, and I would recommend

A nice Hotel in a convenient location for both Corfu airport anf Corfu town. However the Hotel is lacking in a bit of care and maintenance particularly in the grounds and public areas, this may be due to the timing with Hotel closing for the season at the end of October with staff already leaving. The staff are great as ever in Greece warm, friendly and helpful with the food being of good quality and well presented, We ate mainly in the themed restaurants with the Greek Yia Yia being the best in terms of food and service. The main restaurant is a bit canteenish, however the food is of good quality cooked and presented well. The room we stayed in was in the Preferred club building and was excellent with a great sea view and good housekeeping, also having access to the preferred club lounge where we went most nights for a drink with it being well stocked and staffed. We would not have enjoyed the holiday if we were not in the preferred club section, the main bar being chaotic at times and some of areas where rooms were not looking particularly appealing with over grown unkempt garden areas unlike those in Mitsis / Riu hotels.

Overall, our experience was better than expected. Having read some reviews suggesting that the hotel doesn’t deserve its 5-star rating, I would actually disagree. Considering its location in Corfu and comparing it with the surrounding town, buildings and general infrastructure, I would say the hotel certainly stands out and deserves its 5-star rating. That said, there are still areas where the experience could be improved to meet the standards expected of a 5-star resort. We did encounter an issue with a strong drain/sewage smell in our room, which we reported immediately. Someone was sent to investigate, but we were told nothing could be done until the following morning. Unfortunately, even after calling again the next day, it took four attempts before the issue was properly addressed. We eventually spoke with the Guest Experience Manager, who was incredibly kind, understanding and professional. She handled the situation exactly as we would expect from a 5-star hotel and very kindly upgraded us to the Preferred Club section. We really appreciated how she dealt with everything. One thing that surprised us was that the Preferred Club pool wasn’t heated. With five very young children in our party, the water was simply too cold for them to enjoy. Thankfully, the infinity pool was heated, and we had a fantastic time there. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The team was incredibly accommodating, responsive and always happy to help whenever we called. They also made sure all our requests for our baby were taken care of, which made travelling with young children much easier. The food was generally good, with plenty of variety at the buffet. My only criticism would be that the meats tended to be overcooked and on the dry side, particularly the chicken and steak. The traditional Greek restaurant, however, was excellent and one of our favourite dining experiences. Restaurant reservations were another area that could be improved. We were a party of 11, including five children, but the app only allowed bookings for a maximum of six people. We therefore had to visit the reservation desk each day to try to arrange dinner. Despite our efforts, we only managed to secure one reservation at the Greek restaurant during our entire stay. It was disappointing not to have the opportunity to experience more of the speciality restaurants, especially at an all-inclusive 5-star resort. The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, and one of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise by the sea every morning. It really is a stunning location. Despite a few frustrations, the staff, beautiful surroundings and overall atmosphere made this a memorable family holiday. The Guest Experience Manager and housekeeping team in particular deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Would I return? Absolutely. The location and the people are what make this hotel special. With a few improvements to the way issues are handled and restaurant reservations are managed, the experience could be even better.

This resort transitioned from a relaxing complex last year to one which is a young family and child friendly one. If you are looking for a relatively relaxing couple friendly resort on corfu, I would suggest looking elsewhere. If you have a young family and looking for a resort with pools and close to the sea then it is worth considering.

We had a wonderful 3 nights. Hyatt Ziva Corfu is located in a beautiful location in a cove north of Corfu town with lush trees and beautiful landscaping. The facilities, staff and dining were all great throughout our stay. We had an excellent sea view bungalow that presented us with views over the cove and to Mainland Greece/Albania. Didn't go into any of the pools but they all looked fine. The sea was accessible via stairs and the water was still pleasant in mid October. I'm not really an all inclusive aficionado, but Hyatt Ziva Corfu at this time of year was a perfect end to a really busy holiday in Greece!

Just come back from a few days at this hotel and it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. The facilities where great and as a gluten free they had a great choice. We got upgraded to a bungalow with sea view. We will definitely be back !!Amazing!!!

We cannot fault this hotel Thankfully we left our previous hotel that we were staying in on the very south of the island earlier as it was our 40th wedding anniversary and were very disappointed with the hotel/area but then we made the decision to go to the Hyatt & what a difference …. the location, the staff, the lovely choice of quality food in the buffet & drinks the list is endless.. It was an amazing difference between the so called 4* down in the south of the island to Hyatt’s 5* We will come again & for longer next time : ) & fully recommend this hotel Thank you Hyatt

Wonderful resort. We had a beachfront bungalow which was ideal. Lots of uphill walking but a buggy was on call when I couldn’t make it. (Our accommodation was by the beach and the main hotel and buffet restaurant were at the top) all staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent with lots of choice in the different restaurants ( which you had to book and couldn’t always get in) highly recommend
