We stayed at Wink Riverside Hotel and truly loved the experience — the property looks stylish with creative interiors, a wonderful ambience, and offers the best value for money. The 24-hour check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, breakfast was top-class, and the hotel’s design is both modern and imaginative. From convenience to creativity, everything about this place impressed us, especially the interiors and overall value. I recommend Wink Riverside Hotel 100% for anyone seeking a stylish, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

Just love this hotel, very easy to deal with, we have stayed here the last four years around the July / August part of the year. Very good selection of food at breakfast, the rooftop pool and bar is also very good. Our room was very good, bed is very comfortable, big walkin shower no hot water issues.

I have visited this hotel 4 times during 4 months. Their core staff team is stable from what I can see. The hotel is running smoothly, even in peak hours during breakfast and checking in. The room cleaning team is very responsive, they even work around my schedule. I highly suggest you to give this hotel a try when you visit Da Nang.

I recently stayed at Wink Hotel by Hyatt and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations associated with the Hyatt brand. The room size was extremely small and felt quite cramped. There was also a noticeable foul smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Surprisingly, the room did not include a kettle or complimentary tea/coffee facilities, which are basic amenities expected in most hotels of this category. Another major issue was that the tap and health faucet dispensed boiling hot water throughout the day, even when set to cold mode, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The breakfast spread had very limited vegetarian options, and there was no staff member readily available to provide proper assistance or guidance. Additionally, the pool/snooker table in the lobby was not maintained for use...it had only a single cue stick and no chalk, making it impossible to enjoy a proper game. Overall, the stay fell well below expectations, and several basic facilities and service standards need significant improvement.

Xin Chào! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your experience left you disappointed. At Wink, our rooms are intentionally designed to be compact and efficient, focusing on smart use of space and modern functionality. We understand, however, that this concept may not suit every traveler's preference. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the odor in the room and the hot water issue. These are certainly not the experiences we aim to provide, and we have shared your feedback with our engineering and housekeeping teams for immediate review. Regarding the kettle and tea/coffee facilities, these amenities are available upon request as part of our operating concept, and our team is always happy to arrange them for guests when needed. We also appreciate your comments about the breakfast selection and the condition of the pool table. Your observations have been shared with the relevant teams as we continuously look for ways to improve both our facilities and guest experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback. While we're disappointed that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion, we appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience. From your Wink Team
I chose Wink Hotel specifically because of its 24-hour stay concept. When we arrived at 7:00 AM, the front desk informed us that no rooms were available and that the earliest possible check-in would be at 12:00 PM. I left my luggage and phone number, expecting to be contacted as soon as a room became available. Unfortunately, no one contacted us. When we returned to the front desk at 2:00 PM — already past the standard check-in time — we were still told that no room was available. We then sat and waited in the lobby. During that time, many guests who arrived after us were checked in and given rooms before us. Eventually, we were the only guests left waiting at the front desk. Only after I raised a complaint did the staff start taking action, and it took another 15 minutes before we were finally given a room at around 2:30 PM. Although we were offered complimentary drinks and an upgraded triple room, that does not change the fact that the hotel's main selling point is its 24-hour stay concept. Had I known I would not be able to access a room until 2:30 PM, I would have chosen another hotel at the same price point. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the staff. Throughout the process, they appeared unfriendly, indifferent, and unwilling to provide clear updates. Instead of making guests feel welcomed, we felt as though we were bothering them simply by asking about our room status. As a Vietnamese guest, I also could not help but notice a difference in the way local and foreign guests were treated. During my stay, staff seemed far more proactive in approaching, assisting, and engaging with foreign visitors, while Vietnamese guests received noticeably less attention. Hospitality should be about treating every guest equally, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I received. Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations. A unique concept means little if it is not delivered in practice, and guest concerns should be handled with far more professionalism, fairness, and genuine hospitality.

Xin Chào! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your check-in experience did not meet your expectations, especially the waiting time for your room and the lack of clear communication during the process. We would like to sincerely clarify that we do not treat guests differently based on nationality. As a hotel in Vietnam serving a majority of Vietnamese guests, our team always aims to provide the same level of respect and service to everyone. We are sorry that your experience felt otherwise. Regarding our 24-hour stay concept, it means guests enjoy a full 24-hour stay starting from their actual check-in time. However, room availability still depends on real-time occupancy and housekeeping turnaround, especially during busy periods when rooms need time to be prepared after check-out. We understand that in your case, the waiting experience and lack of updates caused frustration, and this is something we will improve. While our team tried to support you with complimentary drinks and a room upgrade, we understand that this did not fully make up for the experience you had. We are truly sorry for making you feel uncomfortable during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with the team as an important reminder that clear communication, empathy, and attentiveness are just as important as the room itself. From your Wink Team.
The room is very small and does not at all correspond to the five-star status of the hotel and the pricing policy accordingly. In reality, this is a maximum three-star hotel, very similar to the hotels near the airports, suitable for business nights or overnight stays between flights, not for a five-star experience. The ventilation in the room was damaged and worked like a hammer drill.

Xin chào, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that Wink’s compact room concept and minimalist style may feel different from a more traditional five-star hotel experience. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issue with the room ventilation and the discomfort caused during your stay. This is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have, and our engineering team has been informed for immediate checking and follow-up. We truly appreciate your honest comments and thank you again for giving Wink a try. From your Wink Team
