Had a brief but very enjoyable time at the Hotel Toranomon. Excellent experience with friendly staff and the room was large enough for us two and so comfortable and up to date. The filtered water station and the wireless Bang and Ohlofson speaker and the waterfall shower head were nice touches. The black-out curtains were absolutely welcomed and the bed was about as good as I could ask for . It was so quiet that our sleep was undisturbed and my only regret was the brevity of our visit.

Good location, with a nice terrace to dine outside and well equipped new rooms. Easy to walk or take the subway from the hotel to explore the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and with lots of amenities, like coffee and tea, drinking water fountain and mini bar. Great view of the Tokyo Tower from the room.

Our experience far exceeded our expectations, and that is not an exaggeration. We came in with high hopes, having read wonderful things about the hotel, but what we received went well beyond anything we could have anticipated. From the warmth of the welcome to the thoughtfulness shown throughout our stay, every detail felt personal rather than routine. In particular, a team member named Takeshi made this an experience we will never forget, taking the time to understand what this occasion meant to us and going out of his way, entirely on his own initiative, to make it special. That level of genuine care is rare to find, and it has made us lifelong admirers of this hotel.

Perfect location right above the subway Hibiya line. Loads of food selection from the shopping mall. Perfect view of the Tokyo tower, day and night. Very quiet, special Lounge arrangement.

Truly worth every single penny. I am normally someone who doesnt splurge on a hotel room as its somewhere to sleep, but after staying at Hotel Toranomon Hills, I will splurge every time going forward. I paid for a view of the Tokyo Tower and it exceeded my expectations. The room was stunning, the view was gorgeous and it was the right amount of space for a solo traveller!

This is an outstanding hotel and I highly recommend that you stay here for a fantastic stay in Tokyo. You will not be disappointed.

We couldn't have imagined a better place to end our Tokyo trip than Hotel Toranomon Hills. It was the perfect finale to our honeymoon. The atmosphere is peaceful, sophisticated, and tucked away from the crowds while still being conveniently connected to everything we wanted to explore. It was such a refreshing contrast to the energy of the city and made coming back to the hotel each day feel incredibly relaxing. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast buffet—easily one of the best we've had throughout our trip. The quality, variety, and overall dining experience made every morning something to look forward to. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the Tokyo skyline, making our stay even more memorable. We also really appreciated the lounge access, which was a wonderful bonus and added an extra touch of comfort and luxury to our experience. From the excellent service to the beautiful facilities and serene location, everything came together to create the perfect ending to an unforgettable Japan trip. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing stay in Tokyo.

Great location, train station was attached to the hotel, so very convenient. Breakfast was great, as was the onsite restaurant. I experienced an earthquake while staying on property and the alarms were quick to alert the guests, and the announcements of all clear were easy to understand.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Toranomon Hills. The hotel enjoys an exceptional location within Toranomon Hills, a vibrant and pleasant complex offering a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops and a fitness centre. The property is impeccably clean, and the rooms are spacious, elegant and very comfortable. A special mention must go to the staff, who were consistently attentive, helpful and exceptionally kind. An excellent place to stay in Tokyo, and one I would gladly return to.
