Incredible hotel with amazing staff and located on the same strip with all luxury designer stores. Decor both in the lobby and in the room was spectacular. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and we were provided with complimentary water each day. The staff were very friendly and helped with our needs. We did not have an iron, so the hotel quickly provided us with a streamer. Hotel took care of booking any cabs for us too. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely choose Il Tornabuoni when I come back to Florence.

I went for a solo birthday trip for myself and Florence was one of the stops in Italy. As a solo female traveler (who travels often), this hotel is the best I've ever stayed at so far. The location is amazing, food is wonderful and I felt so safe and taken care of. Would highly recommend it!!! Plus the design and art work are just stunning.

The team members are wonderful and so welcoming. We truly felt at home and it was the best first stop on our honeymoon. The hotel is luxurious and they anticipate your every need without having to ask. The most attentive hotel I have ever stayed in. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautiful, and in an amazing central location close to the Duomo and great shopping. The room was beautiful and had special touches that made it feel more homey. We were only in Florence for a day, but would stay here again!

This is a very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. It was a 10 minute walk anywhere we needed to go. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The staff is warm and welcoming. I can’t stress how much staying here added to our overall experience in Florence.
