The hotel is lovely. The location is second to none. The breakfast was world class and our late night dinner was one of the best in Florence.
We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 p.m. and were immediately greeted at the door. Our bags were taken care of, and we were checked in quickly and escorted to our beautiful, clean room. As we headed out, the front desk staff kindly recommended a few places for a quick dinner and provided directions for a short evening walking tour. The service was excellent, and the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful first impression and a very pleasant experience!
Il Tornabuoni was perfect. Beautiful rooms, lovely & helpful staff, conveniently located and made us feel like we were home!

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff goes above and beyond with their nice service. I would have preferred breakfast to be included or at least a more reasonable price for breakfast. Its also fairly noisy outside at night, but nothing the hotel can do about that.

A great hotel that is in a perfect location within 15 minutes walk of almost everything. The staff was amazing in every way and everyone greats you with a smile when you go by. The rooms. We had dinner at the Butterfly Terrace and the food and atmosphere were great, with a very good singer performing- the only downside was they were charging €24 for cocktails you can get for €6 across the street. Overall A great hotel

This is one of the nicest Hyatt properties I have ever stayed in. Its especially great for friends traveling together as they offer 2 queen beds unlike the twin option at most other hotels we stayed in on our trip to Italy. This was my second time at the hotel and it's just as beautiful as the first. Staff is great, the rooftop lounge is a must, the cocktails are fantastic and we loved the food. The bedding is so comfy and the rooms have tall ceilings making it feel even bigger. The location is perfect close to everything.

Best located hotel in the city with excellent air conditioning. Hyatt is the loyalty program and you can enjoy all the benefits of an American flag in the heart of Florence. Hotel is on the more importance shopping street in Firenze. Conceirge staff was excellent and found me a great lunch restaurant to try. They also were able to care for my rental car in a nearby garage.

Perfect location in the heart of the town center of Florence! The concierge was very helpful with a local map and good suggestions from where to eat to fun "off the beaten path" less touristy sights and museums. But touristy and non-touristy sights are ALL within easy walking distance from this hotel. The rooms are nice, the buffet breakfast is lovely, but the main reason to stay here is the location.
