Excellent location with a fabulous view. If you’re unfamiliar with Hyatt high standards you will be surprised how they manage to take out the pace in a busy city and provide a calm cozy atmosphere granting the best opportunity to relax. Living literally at the promenade you have the best option for a morning jog and swim or just an evening walk strolling to the sunset. We will be back here again
A great hotel with an old world yet modern charm perfectly located on the seafront but within an easy walk of the old town and main shopping district. Reception staff ( Antoine) was helpful and friendly and the experience was made even better by an upgraded room! The room was modern and clean with a pleasant balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast/ cocktail area was great and the breakfast was fantastic! We also had time to enjoy the pool, sauna and hamman. We went as a couple for a one night stay and we would definitely like to return soon!
Great hotel. Guest services were excellent, and the hotel was conveniently located for access to the beach and Old Town.
Poor condition in general, stinky bathroom, dog pee not cleaned after repeated requests, received 10% on 1k per night price!!

We spent 5 days here in the South of France with Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée as our home base for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been happier! Beautiful, upscale, friendly staff, amazing details, great food, amazing rooms, we will absolutely be staying here next Summer!

We loved our stay here!! The renovations are extremely nice. The staff are warm and welcoming. My wife and I stayed 6 nights here and loved everything about our stay. From the hand written notes to the extra personal touches, we felt really cared for. The hotel is extremely convenient to walk around Nice. It sits directly on the promenade and only a few steps away from Old Town. Busses and trams were convenient to get to as well as calling an Uber. We were always glad to come back after our daily trips to this hotel. I would highly encourage anyone to get a room facing the ocean. We did not and our view was pretty boring. It wasn’t a bummer to us as we knew we didn’t pay extra to get the view. We also didn’t stay in our room most days as we were out exploring. If this is important to you, then pay up and get the ocean view.

It is an excellently located hotel (right next to the beach and close to the bustling pedestrian street). The breakfast was good but not great. We had a large corner suite facing the city. The room was clean and the staff offers to cleaning daily. There's also a casino right next door. We had a great time visiting all around.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Nice. A great central location to visit the French Riviera. The hotel is immaculate, the staff exceptional, the accomadations top notch and the restaurant provides an excellent delicious meal daily. I was never disappointed and spent seven days with my family in two ocean front king rooms.

Newly renovated. Clean. Attentive staff. Short stay at the end of my vacation with a tour group. Excellent location on the beach.

4th time stayed here. 1 suite and a large double room with cot. Each time we stay between 1 week and 2 weeks. The suite has its own dining/ sitting room. Its on the sea front. Pleasantly decorated and wonderful staff.
