Beautiful hotel with the most accommodating team I have ever seen! Room service was under 30 minutes, which I have never seen before. The rooms were clean, the staff was always very accommodating, and the facilities were gorgeous.

Very good place to stay in San Miguel, SPA and breakfast amazing. The location is very good near all the turistic places of SMA.

Beautiful “zen-like” boutique hotel with very attentive staff in the perfect location. Bedding is one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The rooftop restaurant, Noia, has amazing views, delicious food and impeccable service. This is my favorite hotel in SMA.

I’ve posted about hotel before. But the Numu hotel in San Miguel de Allende is one of my favorite properties in Mexico (that isn’t an AI). The location is fantastic, the service is top notch and the property is beautiful.

Numu Botique Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional and went out of their way to provide suggestions for sight seeing and dining. The facilities and amenities were better than we expected. The hotel was modern and clean and the location could not of been better.

The hotel’s design and overall condition were spectacular. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The food and beverage offerings were fantastic—I highly recommend the steak and eggs for breakfast. The rooftop pool provided a stunning view overlooking the city, which was a highlight of our visit. We had an amazing time staying at Numu and would absolutely love to return soon.

Outstanding experience of a beautiful boutique hotel, an amazing base for our 8 day jaunt in a quiet,rural chic part of town but close walking distance to everything you need. Fab rooftop pool area, cool rustic rooms with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The hotel staffs were very attentive and the location was great! We went to celebrate the birthday and there was a decoration along with the cake prepared inside the room.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment from front desk staff. Slow checkout process, rude staff stating they needed a physical card to charge about 200 pesos because my incidental receipt signature did not match my close to 10 year passport. We spent thousands of dollars at the hotel and Abigail decided to give us a hard time when charging 12 dollars after a SUPER slow checkout process. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hotel that is posing as a boutique hotel. Also good luck with breakfast staff. They'll forgot your order, make dishes incorrectly and just be super super slow. Again, I have no idea how Hyatt gets away calling this a boutique hotel.

REALLY poor customer service. So contrary to being called a "Boutique" hotel, I rate is as sub-par customer service, compared to an average hotel. The manager leaves the hotel for 5-7 hours a day to run her own errands, while she hasn't communicated to her staff on what she committed (to a guest). Can't communicate to the staff on where the lunch service is today...!!! Had us go between 4th floor and the 1st floor 3 times, before the manager, staff and the kitchen staff agreed on where the lunch service is today...! Toilet flush in the room and the entire hotel wasn't working due to diminished water pressure. But no one in the staff had a clue until I reported it about 5 hours later...!!!! Manager committed to a certain price for our transportation from QRO to San Miguel, with a third party cab service. She readily changed it upon our arrival, saying that the 3rd party did not agree to her committed price...! (So why did she commit it in the first place..!). You can't rely OR trust her (the manager) or the staff on any answer for accuracy. While the rooms were clean and the hotel was lovely overall, I certainly did not spend that kind of money to go to a high-end Boutique hotel for the experience I had, while celebrating my 31st wedding anniversary..!!!!!
