This hotel is exceptional. Service is unparalleled, from arrival to departure. Every employee made me and my family feel welcome, from the front desk, to the servers at the two restaurants. Location is perfect, the hotel is right in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, in a quiet and beautiful street. Breakfast at Enrique was delicious and fresh. The views and food at Noia were awesome too. Valet parking is quick and efficient. Rooms were clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. But the best part and what stole our hearts was Pancho, the beautiful Bernese mountain dog who sits at the lobby welcoming and bidding farewell to guests. Would not hesitate in coming back!

The most comfortable bed with extra pillows, large shower with waterfall shower head, staff was amazing. Rooftop pool with delicious restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation at the Numy hotel. My wife also (mistakenly) made a reservation for me. I did not know that I had 2 reservations until I checked in. The hotel had very few guests that evening. I asked the hotel to please cancel the second mistaken reservation and the hotel refused. Any luxury hotel would accommodate the guest and be happy to fix this honest mistake. Numu refused to cancel the reservation and took payment for 2 rooms. I believe that the Rosewood across the street, who does everything possible to accommodate guests, would have had no problem fixing an obvious mistake and not capitalizing on it.

We stayed at Numu Boutique Hotel in San Miguel de Allende for our friend's wedding and had an absolutely incredible experience. It was super affordable for the level of care and quality they provide. The rooms and common areas were spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the main square, so exploring the town was easy and fun. The food was truly next-level—whether it was poolside bites, meals at the on-site restaurants, or room service, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive! One of the highlights was Poncho, the adorable hotel dog who made the place feel even more special and homey. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive, and it really felt like they cared about making our stay memorable. Highly recommend Numu to anyone visiting San Miguel. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall a good stay and really centrally located. One recommendation is that they add kid menus at the restaurants. Everyone accommodated our breakfast orders, which we appreciated. And Pancho, the hotel dog was such a treat to our young boys. We had a lovely time and would return again.

I visited this hotel for my first time in SMA, and on a work related trip. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel and thought it was fabulous. I also believe that my group organized transportation with the hotel which was fabulous and made our trip around the city seamless. The beds were so comfortable, I loved that the rooms had both firm and soft pillows. The room had all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel including free weights, a yoga mat, hair curler etc. My room had a gorgeous balcony as well. Highly recommend the pool and the rooftop bar. I did not have a chance to enjoy the spa but loved that I had the option to go.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was so helpful and arranged our transportation to and from the airport, provided recommendations for dinner, activities, etc. Housekeeping was great as well. The pool on the rooftop is small, but wonderful and the restaurant and bar on the roof have an incredible view. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Rosewood hotel so you get the same view from Numu's restaurant as you do from Luna! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende!

Numu is an outstanding hotel, as is the staff, rooms and restaurant venues. Linda, Angel and Baldemar in particular stand out as exceptional members of the team. The hotel dog, Poncho, is an added delight! The rooftop pool and views are wonderful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to restaurants and the Jardin.

This is a jewel box of a hotel...small, well appointed, peaceful, beautiful. The food was fabulous and it was a quiet and calm experience throughout the hotel. There is even a resident Grand Pyrenese dog to great you and they remembered me by name. I loved my stay. The rooftop pool and restaurant were beautiful and you could see the major churches of San Miguel from the view. I even saw hot air balloons go up the morning of my check out. Magical!

The entire staff was extremely helpful and hospitable throughout the entire stay. Our originally booked hotel had an emergency and had to close the day we arrived. They were more than helpful and accommodating to us. Beautiful hotel and location. The Terrace bar and pool area is outstanding, our favorite location in the entire property.
