Great hotel! The location was very convenient, and the room was very nice. Enjoyed the rooftop bar as well. Modern decor and up to date furnishings. Quiet room on the 9th floor near the elevator. Lots of pillows and mattress was very comfortable.
Nice clean hotel, good location worth the stay. Easy to get to, Nice beds. Staff friendly and want to help with all requests

Overpriced for the quality. Stayed in other NYC Hotels and felt this was overpriced for the quality and experiences provided.

We went with our 10 and 15 year old girls. The room had plenty of space for us despite the double beds being small. Did not receive a room upgrade as a globalist, but that's always understandable. Breakfast was wonderful each day and they provided that as a globalist. The location is perfect! Not to close to Times Square, but close enough that it was an easy walk. Also, loved the way the hotel smelled! I know that's such a crazy positive, but the streets smell so bad of weed and it was so nice to come into a wonderful hotel after a long day.
A newly built hotel with chic rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is only a few years old and well maintained. Staff is young, courteous, and eager to help. The Bryant Park location is convenient to all midtown attractions and offices. I will not hesitate to return if I need to be in the midtown area.
Small beautiful boutique hotel with a fabulous roof top bar. Rooms were small but very nice. Bed was comfy and bathroom was spotless. Recommend.
Room was clean and nicely decorated. The shower water pressure and sound proofing could be better. The elevators were very slow and crowded. The location of the hotel was nice with easy access to metros and restaurants.
Great location, quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a great place to soak in the day. Breakfast was very good, service was great, however felt like it was very expensive.
This was a beautiful facility, clean, well kept. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience.

Convenient, quiet location, helpful staff, responsive to needs, wish more organic choices but will definitely stay again in the near future.
