The check-in experience was super friendly. They hotel was quite generous with an upgrade with excellent Globalist recognition. As this is a category 4 hotel so you can use your free nights award, and the points requirements were reasonable for an award stay as well. The suite has a modern look and feel and is well equipped: It had has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The Room was quiet and windows isolated the street noise very well. The suite had 2 balconies with a nice view. The hotel is in a walkable distance of around 20 minutes to the main station, and there is plenty of public transportation around. Breakfast was service in the Eighty Nine Restaurant, which has an amazing breakfast. The buffet had a good selection of yogurt and cereal, fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, cheese, and cold cuts. You can choose from several hot dishes, including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and veggies. In addition to the buffet, there was also an a la carte menu included with the breakfast. The hotel offers a complimentary happy hour for World of Hyatt Globalist members nightly from 5PM until 7PM. One day I arrived shortly before 8 pm and was still offered the happy hour which was very nice and flexibility your seldom see. I am looking forward to come back!

This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, the staff are great and it was overall a wonderful experience. The globalist happy hour was great. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

An excellent hotel option in Frankfurt and only 8km from the airport. We have stayed at the airport hotels and found this to be a much nicer experience without all the noise and busyness of the airport area hotels. Staff were amazing, hotel is modern and clean. Great stay!

Beautiful brand new hotel. I got upgraded to a suite that included a kitchen and laundry machine because of my globalist status. The finishes all felt very high quality and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was great and helped with arranging transport. The breakfast was delicious too. As a globalist you get access to both the buffet and the menu.

This is a new hotel that I learned about through travel blogger Ben at One Mile At A Time. He noted how it was convenient for airport travelers and I was able to be dropped off at The First Class Terminal rather than staying at the airport Hilton or Marriott and schlepping my was on foot to FCT ;-) I was able to use my Hyatt CC Free Night. Pre-arrival I asked the hotel for estimates of taxi fare from train station which was helpful when the taxi driver failed to know about the hotel and tried to over charge me after I pointed out where the hotel was. My point is the hotel’s response to my query was very helpful in not getting scammed. I was hoping for a high floor with sunset views, but was assigned to a 3rd floor. The front desk guy found me a 5th floor non sunset. But at least I was above the trees and experienced a nice Moon rise. Btw the welcome amenities were very nice - more than expected Dessert and Champagne. Room service food was very tasty and delivered with a smile The balcony was lovely and plenty of water and coffee pods Downside. They towels were not fluffy (the JFK TWA hotel and the InterContinental Berlin towels were not fluffy either - rolled eyes emoji) I’d stay here again!

Kennedy 89 came through with a suite upgrade, a nice surprise right off the bat. They honored and remembered our water preference (still, not sparkling) without us having to ask twice, which stood out after a previous hotel got that wrong. A welcome snack and early check-in made for a smooth start to the stay. The biggest surprise, though, was having laundry in the suite. After two weeks of travel already, being able to do a load of laundry in the room was a huge and very welcome bonus. Overall a great experience and one I'd easily recommend.

Staying at Kennedy 89 was a wonderful experience, and the staff made the stay one of the best. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and proactive. The room was amazing, and the breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Also, the happy hour at lounge was cozy and had a nice selection of snacks and drinks. Truly amazing experience. Love the location, atmosphere, cleanliness and services. We walked to downtown and it was super walkable. Very nice area. Staff are amazing - had breakfast and also a drink at the lounge, they were super helpful and friendly. Best five star hotels i've had in a while. Great job!
