Great Option in Santorini

This was a great place to stay being centrally located between Oia and Fira. The staff there was worth the stay alone because they were so kind and helpful. A big shout out to Ellie at the front desk. Breakfast layout and selection was excellent. The staff made it easy to set up rides to and from Fira which was only a 10 minute ride.

Magma Resort is by far a world class place to stay. The facilities are fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. The housekeepers come twice a day and always provide fresh water and towels. The reception staff from the moment you arrive are welcoming and friendly and can’t do enough for you. During the day the staff especially Cristina, Rrapo, Olga and Giannis are so friendly, welcoming and helpful and enjoy having a laugh with you! This will definitely be a place we aim to return to as it just was amazing!!

Dream honeymoon magic

Magma is an amazing resort! Their service level is top notch and they pay close attention to every single detail. We can not say enough positive things about their staff and how they went above and beyond in helping us orchestrate our dream wedding. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay a little bit away from the craziness of Fira and Oia!

Exceptional

After the bustle of Athens, we were ending our trip with the more relaxed setting of Santorini, and chose the Magma Resort. It has an air of peace and calm and the reception teams smiles will instantly destress you. The facilities were amazing, as a group of 7, 5 of which were teens it suited everyone’s needs. The highlight would be the hospitality that all staff showed at all times, helping to solve problems. Going above and beyond to ensure we had the best hotel experience. We actually started referring to it as “ going home” after being out. And did not want to leave. Special shout out to Sarah, whose little chats were like conversations with an old friend. We will only stay here when we come back to Santorini and recommend to all our family and friends.

The only place to stay in Santorini

From the minute we checked in with Elli at the front desk, who invited us to enjoy a coffee upstairs by the pool for a quick half hour before our room was ready, everyone we interacted with during our stay provided incredible service.

The rooms and amenities are top notch, in addition to the incredible staff. We utilized the free shuttle service to Fira, though it does end a bit early in the evening if you're going there for dinner. Not the resort's fault, but a note for other Santorini newbies: there are almost no cabs on the island and they're very expensive. A round trip private transfer from the hotel, at €50, is cheaper than a cab. But if we had known how far we'd be from everything and how expensive it would be to get around, we would've rented a car.

All told we had a wonderful time at the Magma Resort and would definitely recommend. I wish we'd given ourselves a few more days just to enjoy the resort, as it was so beautiful and relaxing during our brief stay.

Amazing resort!

We had a great time at Magma Resort, the hotel has great facilities and a perfect location in Santorini-  a short drive to any of the popular destination. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating - especially Christoss and Elias who were just so great.

Wonderful Santorini Vacation and Magma Resort

We hosted our event off-site at Magma Resort Santorini and had an incredible experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with top-tier hotel facilities, several team members said it was the best room they’ve ever stayed in! The staff was warm and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The activities we booked through the hotel, like the cooking class and sunset cruise, were so much fun and really memorable. Highly recommend Magma for a small retreat, off-site, or a holiday, it’s truly a special place.
