Early Check-in is available dependent on occupancy for a fee. (This does vary, and is often offered at the time of booking on our website)
Late Check-out is available dependent on occupancy for a fee. ($50.00/Hr. From 12PM-4PM)
At Check-in, guests will need to provide their ID, and Credit Card, matching the name on the reservation.
Certainly! Please make sure to mark the name of the guest on the arriving package.
Rooms & Amenities
Yes, everyday we offer light service such a remaking the bed sheets, removing trash, replenishing used amenities , coffee, towels and soaps. Every third day of a guests stay, Housekeeping staff is tasked to reset the entire room which includes all bed linen.
Full minibar, 2 robes, L’AVANT Hand soap and Lotion, D.S. & Durga shower amenities.
Our minibar provides guests with a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, snacks and guest necessities such as phone chargers and intimate items.
We offer a gym laundry option that we wash in house with same day return. Dry cleaning drop off is at 8am and received same day as well. Dry cleaning dropped off after 8am will be delivered the next morning.
Yes, we have full dental kits, deodorant, feminine products, lint rollers, shaving kits, nail polish remover, make up wipes, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards all readily available for guests to use.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
Yes, we only offer valet parking. Self-parking is not available onsite. The price per vehicle is $59 per night.
The San Antonio International Airport is 9 miles from the hotel. We recommend a rideshare service for transportation to and from the airport.
We provide a complimentary house car that can transport guests within a 3-mile radius.
