Was in town with family for a nearby wedding. Stayed in a king suite with separate bedroom, pull out sofa 🛋️ n living room, and minibar area with sink/fridge/microwave/counter. Hotel and decor is beautiful. Had great service for anything we asked for. Jose went above and beyond for us with our bags and being accommodating for our 3 kids. Restaurant Felice had truly wonderful and fresh Italian food. Only downsides were: not having drawers to put clothing away in the room, not having paper towels in the minibar area, and not having access to tea/coffee in the evening in the lobby. Overall, great stay!

I’m not usually one to gush on customer service, but I’ve traveled to NY for business many times and have not felt as taken care of as I did at Gild Hall. The service honestly was the best part for me. Thank you!

Had a great stay, with a comfortable, well=appointed room ready when I arrived. Although it's a noisy area, the room was reasonably quiet. The restaurant was delicious, sampled on Monday night of my stay.

This place is fabulous. Clean rooms. Nice SIZED rooms. It's in the lower Manhattan district but I find this area just lovely - quiet, clean, safe, not too crazy NY. You can go to parts of NY that are crazy - but this place is nice and tucked away and gives you a little reprieve to sleep and recover for the next day of adventures.

The staff was great! Food was very good as well. Great bathroom and high ceilings made the rooms feel quite roomy. The location is ideal as well as it's close to the best sites in lowest Manhattan. I recommend the hotel.

Great location, awesome building with awesome aesthetics and décor. Staff were super friendly and always checking on us to make sure we had what we needed or just to see how our day was. Refreshing for being in NYC. The rooms are well equipped with anything you could need. Everything was super clean and service was spot on! Rooftop restaurant was awesome place to eat, but like all NYC overpriced for what you get. Not a huge deal though, there is SO much to do around here. So many restaurants, everything is a short walk through a great part of the city. Will be back for sure.

We have stayed here several times because of it's proximity to my son AND they are pet friendly (we have a 47 pound dog). This trip I was solo. The hotels, rooms, and bathrooms have a unique cool vibe/warm decor. Great bed linens (crisp linens and wonderful quality pillows). In a quiet area and walkable to Southstreet Seaport (great food anytime of day)( 5 minute walk), the 9/11 Memorial (10 minute walk), Battery Park (10-15 minute walk), ChinaTown and Little Italy (20 minute walk), SoHo (20-30 minutes). Close to many subway stations (easy to get to a Broadway show) and super easy to get an Uber (took one to the US Open tennis tournament). The staff treats you like family and very attentive. Prosecco time after 3:00 (they hand you a glass when you come in). A total value for a NYC hotel (especially if you book way ahead).

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. All the staff I came in contact with had a smile on and greeted me with a hello. The lobby set the tone for the stay. Will definitely stay at The Gild next trip.

Everyone was so great and helpful during my entire stay. Housekeeping kept the room very clean and well stocked. The gyms are clean and have good equipment. Toward the end of the week the visitors got a bit more noisy and you can hear everything down the hall. The happy hour at the restaurant is great but there is very little for kids to eat there. We ordered in most of our dinners from outside restaurants.

It was a great place to stay at. The staff was very helpful. The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean. Also it's at a very convenient location from a lot of nearby attractions and the subway station.
