Staff were extra nice and helpful. Everything was sparkly clean. First time seeing a dehumidifier in a hotel room in Thailand - this means no moldy rooms! Food was great too, we're vegan so we don't normal have a lot of food options but here we definitely did. We had a lovely stay. We will definitely come back.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband, parents and sister and her partner. We had a deal on luxury escapes and it was phenomenal. The most amazing staff who are warm and excellent at their jobs. The most fantastic food from praca and the most stylish and fun property. This place has the wow factor and we had the best time.

I had a genuinely wonderful stay at The Standard, Hua Hin this time. Overall, I was very impressed, although there are a few small areas that could be improved. At check-in and check-out, Khun Off was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and pleasant. I stayed in Villa 25 and absolutely loved it. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely touch. One small suggestion would be to provide bath bombs or bath salts to make the bathtub experience even better. Praça Thai Restaurant has a beautiful view, and the drinks were beautifully presented. The entire team provided excellent and attentive service. At Lido Bar, the female staff member who looked after me was exceptionally friendly and welcoming — special thanks to her for the great service. I also really appreciated the security guard at the swimming area. He was attentive and took safety seriously, which made me feel very comfortable. Dinner at Lido had a good variety of choices, although personally, I felt some dishes could be improved in terms of flavor. Breakfast also offered a good variety. My main suggestion would be to use more fresh ingredients, especially seafood such as shrimp and squid, rather than frozen ingredients. Since the hotel is located by the sea, fresh seafood could really enhance the dining experience. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with my stay. The atmosphere, service, villa, views, and attention to detail made the experience very memorable. With a few small improvements, I believe The Standard, Hua Hin could make an already great experience even better.

Absolutely stunning hotel, with loads on for people to do. Centrally located to all around. Praca was fab for food and breakfast had something for everyone. Favourite was the colourful vibe and how it brightens any day when you walk in. room was gorgeous

The guest experience should be impressive from check-in throughout the entire stay. Unfortunately, my check-in experience with the Duty Manager was not impressive. However, overall, my stay was very good. The room was clean and well maintained, and the other staff members provided excellent service.

Great location and very unassuming from the entrance, found it very retro 70’ decor felt like my family trip to Florida in the late 70’s. Breakfast is worth it, only draw back was the music coming from pub opposite but they seem to turn it after certain time. Didn’t swim this trip as was golfing but pool looks inviting. Will definitely stay here again. Staff we so helpful and friendly including the security!

I really enjoyed my entire stay at The Standard Hua Hin! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The location was so perfect because it is within the city center, I can even walk from the hotel to the nearest mall which is The Market Village. The location was also perfect because even though it is located in the city center area, there was no compromise on the serenity and peace that the hotel provided! The room was exquisite! From the bed to the side tables and even in the bathroom, it was spot on! I also enjoyed the breakfast at the resort! Really no need for me to look for other breakfast spots outside the hotel. I also enjoyed the people working in the hotel. They are all friendly and accommodating. Biggest shoutout to Mimi for helping me navigate Hua Hin truly an experience worth repeating!

The Standard Hotel was in the centre of the hub, great beach front. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff Defiantly recommend

Great hotel with excellent staff and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Rooms have no closet space at all so we lived out of our suitcases for the entire 11 night stay. Bit of a pain but didn't detract from our overall very happy experience. No smart TV's in room so you have to download a QR code to enable you to watch your own streaming services via a cast to the TV. We saw the GM on plenty of occasions but not once did we witness her engage with any of the customers. A fact all the friends we made at the hotel also noticed. Again, this did not detract from the great time we had but we're used to seeing a GM speak with guests from time to time. She is obviously doing a great job as our overall experience was extremely positive and we couldn't fault any of the staff or facilities.
