Our recent stay was mediocre at best. On the positive side, the grounds were decent, the location was convenient, and the staff were hard-working and friendly throughout our visit. However, the stay fell short in a few key areas. The resort had a consistently annoying and disruptive people around the pool, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the buffet was a big disappointment—the food was boring and guests did not respect lines. Overall, it’s a middle-of-the-road property, but between the guests and the sub-par dining, we wouldn't return or recommend it for a restful getaway.

If you are looking for nightly entertainment this place is good for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a place to relax and have a quiet peaceful night, I would not recommend it.

Don’t. Just don’t. The food and drinks are awful. The pool was too hot to cool us down. The only respite from the heat was the kids section but no parents allowed in. We had to flush our toilet by filling ice buckets with water and dumping it in the tank. The place sells day passes so good luck getting a spot outside even with club level access. The premium club level gives you access to a private dining area. However the menu is so limiting. Only about 8 items available on the menu or so. They advertise certain restaurants that are don’t actually exist or are only open 1 day a week. We wanted to leave the next day but didn’t want to pay for another hotel or new plane tickets out of there. Save yourself the trouble.

The beach is very nice but water is too rough which was disappointing They push Sun Club which is not worth extra 1500.00 They need to restock fridges daily All staff are helpful and friendly especially “Tony” thanks, nice meeting you. Need an air conditioned room to go to other than your room. Can be noisy at night but we were on the west side which more quieter.

The place is clean and nice. But the building seems old but atleast the elevators were working. The only thing that was open was the buffet and La Mario. The other restaurant was close. I dont recommend you swimming in the beach because the tide is strong not unless you are a really good swimmer. When you are in Ixtapa make sure to do the turtle release and also the dolphin swim.

We stayed at the Sunscape Pacifico last week. It's a great family resort, our kids are 3 and 5 and they loved the cute little water park (it was perfect for their ages). The resort is small so it's perfect with young kids to get around easily. The staff was great and friendly and the hotel/resort/rooms were clean. The fridge was always refilled with water and beverages, and if we were running out of water, I was calling the front desk and in within 5 minutes, we had what we nedded delivered to the room. Some things obviously would need love, like the bridge over the pool, some palapa roof (Bluewater restaurant) would need to be fixt. The food isn't the best to be honest, and the snack comptor in the lobby would need more variety (always the same muffins, cookies, jello). The resort is really well located, we walked to the flea market at night, it took us 10 minutes. We walked to delfinity (10 min walk off the beach and swam with dolphins), we did parasailing off the beach right in front of the hotel. My kids loved the kids bar where they could order whatever they wanted by themselves. Overall we loved that place! We also really enjoyed the dinner/shows evenings in the garden. And the view from our room was just amazing! I would go back and I highly recommend this resort!

the resort is beat down with no remodeling or proper maintenance done in a very long time,The rooms where beat down also with sinks falling out to mirrors that turned black from age , cracked wall tile and pool tiles missing all over . The bar fridge to be stocked daily didnt happen and had to keep reminding them food was ok but cold a lot and we decided to eat off resort a lot which was not in our budget. the staff where great to deal with and accommodating ,

The resort was ok.Buffet and Da Mario are very good.you never know when the restaurants are open as they close for evening shows.sun club was a waste of money anyone could go into private areas.the view from the deluxe ocean view did not face the sunset.Pool bar was by far the best.be prepared for the bars not opening till 11 am.Beds were comfortable and mini bar restocked every day.Coffee shop was great, tuna sandwiches are the best.service workers are fantastic always friendly

Don't waste your money. Food is bad, and the AC and hotel next door are so loud that you can't sleep until 2am everyday. Not a restful sleep for 13 nights

Exceptional service by front desk Staff Raul and Katya Barracuda bar Geovani Olivares, Luis, Irving , Silvano and Alejandro Go to intimate dinner at D’Marios with a good selection of items Lunch snack at Food Truck always hits the spot , see Carmen for great food choices! We keep returning because of the exceptional workers who are always attentive to our needs, I would have to write. Mini novelette to mention everyone. Great beach experience especially for volleyball players and walkers. Anxious to get back and I just left yesterday. 😊
