Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, particularly when it came to service. Breakfast choices were quite limited, and some items had already run out. My room was also not serviced the following day. When I returned from work in the evening, the bed had not been made, the room had not been cleaned, and there were no fresh towels or replacement water. I went to reception to ask for clean towels, but there was no apology or even acknowledgment that the room had been missed. Towels were later brought to my room and simply left on the bed, while the used wet towels on the floor were not collected. The experience at the bar was also uncomfortable. I was repeatedly addressed as “love” by a member of staff, which I found overly familiar and inappropriate in a professional hotel environment. When I ordered sparkling wine and asked for it to be served in a regular wine glass rather than a flute, the bartender first poured it into the flute and then transferred it into the wine glass in front of me. The way this was handled made me feel as though my request was being treated with suspicion, as if I were trying to obtain a larger serving, when it was simply my preference for the type of glass. None of these things individually would necessarily ruin a stay, but taken together they created an impression of inattentive and unprofessional service. I would have expected a much warmer and more courteous approach from a hotel.
It was a great value and a great location! It was our first time in Stockholm and I was worried the hotel seemed “far away” but it was such a fast and easy commute into the city center. The room was enough space for my partner and I and all our stuff to stay comfortably and the bed was very cozy. The breakfast buffet was a solid option and even had some vegan options!
The service here went above and beyond what we’ve experienced at similar Hyatt properties. Both the front desk team and housekeeping were excellent. The breakfast was fresh, clean, and well prepared, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive to our requests. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The quality of the property is below expectations! As the globalist who is traveling arround the globe I was not offered any perks! The room was so small there is but enough place even for luggage! The house keeper put pillows on the luggage rack!!!!! The general manager was not able to find any solutions!! The room has no AC! This is not Hyatt standards!nbb

The location of the Story Hotel in Sundbyberg was great. Nearby restaurants, train, grocery store, and easily walkable neighborhood. Ample breakfast. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

My room was too small..I didnt have where to put my things...Clean , good looking but without chair, table, anything to put things on...Only one wall hanger and few wardrobe like hangers (without wardrobe)

All aspects of the trip were better than my expectations. I received a very early checkin. The hotel provided additional Hyatt status benefits, which I did not know from other brands (e.g. restaurant voucher). The hotel is very close to the train station, which makes it super easy to get to Stockholm Central. They have a partnership with a big gym chain next door, which offered so much more than a regular hote gym. I loved the design and vibe of the hotel. The staff was amazing throughout my stay. I will definitely come back during a future Stockholm trip.

Great location. Beautiful design. Supermarkets close by. Also a farmacy and Normal brand shop. Subwy us across the street.

Room are smaller than most, but clean. Room had refrig and ability to make coffee. The breakfast offering was very nice and offered a large range of food .
