This is our 4th visit to the hotel and it never fails to be wonderful. The staff are so friendly and are pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and very well equipped and the food/drinks are a good quality with plenty of choice. The location is ideal for a perfect getaway. Look forward to returning

Location was great as 15 min walk to center. Loved being adults only, great atmosphere through out our stay. All the staff we alays very welcoming and attentive. They looked like they loved their jobs and wanted you to also have the best experience ever. Always plenty of sun beds with towels provided either by pool or on beach. Loved the little piers that you could go out to swim direct into the sea. The food was amazing so much to choose from and even selection for Gluten free people. Our rooms was amazing and even had a sea view. We will definitely be going back again and recommending to others. It was the best relaxing holiday we have had for a long time.

Our second stay at this hotel. It is clean and has a beautiful view of the sea and Lobos Island. (Don't look out the road side! It does not affect your stay) The hotel does a lot right, is clean and well appointed. It is a peaceful environment conducive to a relaxing break. The food is generally good too. However, the AI drinks menu is restrictive, the choice of activities very limited and ordinary (e.g. board games and bingo). Compared to other preferred club type upgrades at other hotels, I did not feel this was good value for money. The room is a little better and you get a segregated breakfast area with an egg menu. Couldn't see what other benefits we really got. The preferred lounge was misable, poorly stocked and often open to all. You are never really feel like you are being welcomed home or made to feel valued. The little touches that make a stay feel special were missing. It is nice, and you can have a lovely relaxing time at what is probably one of the better hotels on the island. But, we have stayed at better on Lanzarote. We stayed twice, a third time is unlikely.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a pool view suite. The hotel is beautiful and has such a relaxed feel to it. The pool area is a little oasis. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was about a 25 minute walk to the main part of Corralejo but it is a flat easy walk if you go out the front entrance. There is also a slightly quicker route along the beach but this is a little uneven as it’s not a proper path. I only have one little grumble which is that some of the sunbeds are very uncomfortable and need the cushions replacing. We will definitely be back in the future.

Excellent for gluten free - good choice in buffet restaurant and San Miguel GF bottles available for a beer! Housekeeping excellent, staff friendly and helpful - bit slow on the waiter service to order a drink

Amazing week - the hotel is very comfortable. Service is top notch. The rooms are huge, cleaning is excellent. Breakfast has so much choice- although order a special coffee as the other reviews say, the coffee they serve in pots is not good. A few things could be updated here and there eg tables at the pool. Red wines by the glass could be better. But overall these were small things that didn’t affect our stay, it’s a beautiful resort, the view is breathtaking. We ate à la carte 6 nights of 7, and lunch at sea view cafe is always great. We went for runs in the morning in the dunes - some of the best runs of my life, what a stunning location! I’d totally recommend this resort.

Outstanding hotel, very clean, food exceptional,, location to the beach right on your doorstep. Rooms very well kept and maid service excellent, see view was amazing watching the sunrise, I have walking disabilities and I had no issues getting around the hotel at all. Our gem was Santiago the bar manager, he was so smiley, excellent at cocktails and and very friendly, which made our holiday. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends. Transfer from the airport was half an hour by taxi and cost about 70 Euros

This was our fourth visit and the hotel and staff are fabulous as always. Only thing to note is that the wallpaper in the bathrooms needs updating (the moisture has affected it) and some of the communal toilets need a coat of paint in places. Nothing major though and doesn’t detract from this being a 5 star hotel. Great location with a 20 minute coastal walk to Correlejo. Wear trainers. A 30 minute drive from the airport. A big thank you to all of the staff but especially Gloria who cleaned our room (245) - she is lovely, very efficient and found us in reception, after checking out, to return an item that we had left in the room. Thank you Gloria. Also, Eva in the buffet restaurant cooks fantastic omelettes at breakfast. She listens and checks what you want in the omelette before preparing it with a smile. The pool guys are also fantastic. Would highly recommend a visit.
